Return Policy

RETURNS:
IMPORTANT:
• We allow products to be returned only if the product is defective. 
• Return inquiries must be made within 30 days of purchase. A receipt or history of purchase must be present for return. 
• Products exceeding 5 years of age from their vintage date are purchased 'as is', along with products marked as 'final sale', and are not eligible for return/exchange/credit. 
• Returns of alcohol products are for store credit only. There are no cash, check, or credit card refunds for alcohol under any circumstances. California law prohibits refunds on alcohol purchases.
• For products that have not been picked up (e.g., futures or products still in will call), there will be a 10% restocking fee for all refunds.

• You also agree to pay all shipping costs to and from should your return not qualify. If your returned product does not match the applicable criteria listed above your returned product will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost.
