Wakaze - Nigori Sake
Its cloudy, slightly opaque color announces from the first moments of tasting an amazing sake, unfiltered but pressed thanks to a specific process, called "Jо̄sо̄".
This technique allows a little dregs of saké to be infused into the final juice, which gives slightly milky, sweet and airy aromas.
A bottle of great delicacy, which combines these creamy aromas with a touch of acidity on the finish in a masterful balance.

Wakaze Description
Sake is produced from water, rice, yeast and koji, a fungus that grows on rice grains. The brewing of these elements is a subtle balance that delivers an alcohol that is fermented, but not distilled.
At WAKAZE, most of these ingredients, such as water and rice, come from France, and in particular from the Camargue, a magical nature reserve in the south of France.
By selecting the purest ingredients from French soil, WAKAZE creates unique, environmentally-friendly cuvées just outside Paris, suitable for an international audience.
