TASTING NOTES
Walnut and brown sugar with bursts of white flowers and tangerine create a delightful aroma leading to baked Honeycrisp apple and dark chocolate on the palate. Our first international Discovery delivers smooth complexity with every sip.
Whisky Advocate: 90 Points
A blend of whiskeys from Kentucky, Indiana, Tennessee, and Canada. The nose is tight, herbal, and grassy, with notes of honey throat lozenge, fresh meadow, orange peel, leather, and oak. A creamy palate delivers Honey Nut Cheerios and strawberry jam. With water, honey granola, cracked black pepper, and a hint of orange marmalade. Good length and subtle spice on the finish. A bit slow to develop, but time and water offer clarity.
