Distilled in a Vendome copper column still
Aged a minimum of 3 years
Proofed using ground-fed, limestone-filtered Kentucky spring water
Warm aromas of butterscotch, dried apricot, and graham cracker on the nose transition to a palate of coffee, roasted peanuts, candied cinnamon, and crème brûlée
Non-chill filtered; 50.74% ABV
