Rezpiral Description
Rezpiral Arroqueño from Berta Vasquez was produced using maguey Arroqueño (agave Americana) that took 18-19 years to reach maturity. The maguey were milled by tahona, fermented in cypress for 14 days, and double distilled in copper alambique stills. This was initially released as part of Rezpiral Series 7. Produced in January 2022, the final spirit was adjusted using heads and tails to 43.5% alcohol by volume.
