Rezpiral Description
One of the last batches of mezcal distilled by Maestro Tio Chico before he passed away. This maguey Verde, or Salmiana as it is also known, is bright and tangy, with lots of herbal, green pepper, and lime notes. The finish is slightly sweet, but balanced by a strong,, savory minerality.
