Agnes et Rene Mosse Description
The Domaine Mosse pet nat Moussamoussettes is definitely a cult wine! Every year it keeps getting better and we are more than excited about this year’s offering.
We love this wine. It is pink, delicious, limpid, quite dry with the characteristic slight bitterness coming from the Pineau d’Aunis and the perfect aperitif for a spring or summer lunch or end-of-evening aperitif.
This year the grapes are Grolleau Noir, Cabernet Franc and Pineau d’Aunis.
The grapes were direct pressed then fermented in stainless steel and bottled in October 2022. The wine tastes completely dry with a characteristic final note of bitterness from the Pineau d’Aunis. 11.5% ABV
The result is a perfect example of a pet nat that we look forward to drinking at any time.
