Bichi Description
Taste/smell:This is an orange wine with some grip, but also offers beautiful aromatics of herbs, sandalwood and orchard fruit balanced with refreshing acidity, it has a kombucha feel, with that fermentation note almost bread crumbs-like.
Good to have it with: salads with walnuts or any dishes with walnuts, farro, or anything eggplant
