Bodega Lagarde Description
ERMENTATION PROCESS
Classic, in stainless steel tanks with native yeasts and at a maximum temperature of 30o. The end of maceration is determined by the tasting. The Malolactic fermentation is spontaneous.
TASTING NOTES
COLOR: Deep red with burgundy Highlights.
AROMA: Intense aromas dominated by ripe fruits and jams, combined with soft aromatic contribution of oak, vanilla, chocolate and smoke.
FLAVOR: Elegant in the mouth with good concentration and smoothness. It has silky tannins, typical of argentine Malbec.
PAIRING SUGGESTION
Ideal with grilled red meats of pasta with sauce
