Vibrant, clear, deep red with a purple border. on the nose, intense. smells that are distinctly roasted from the barrel ageing. fresh fruit. Nicely rounded tannin, well-structured entry. Fair. Frutal hints with a medium finish.
Go well with any type of meat. It goes well with ham, mushrooms, or fried or grilled potatoes. Certain delectable or fatty fish, such cod and tuna. Berries and cheese dessert with a medium age. pastas of all kinds and rice.
