Both vintages of L'Arrosee performed slightly better than my original tastings. The impressive 1990 L'Arrosee offers up a provocative, penetrating, super-fragrant nose of minerals, truffles, black fruits (jammy raspberries), and high quality, toasty oak. Rich, sweet, and full-bodied, with well-integrated, moderate tannin, this lush, complex, layered wine has turned out to be super effort in this top quality vintage.
