From a total of 6 hectares spread over 6 plots with an average age of 50-60 years, Rozas is a bit more structured than La Bruja, but with similar minerality and red fruit tones. Fermented and aged 10 months in a 14hL tulip-shaped concrete vat and 15hL oak vats.
