The domaine's rarely seen 2021 Saint Peray comes from a single hectare of vines, planted to 80% Marsanne and 20% Roussanne. Notes of beeswax, honey and cinnamon appear on the nose, while the medium to full-bodied palate is plush and fleshy, yet finishes long and crisp, with notes of apple and pear. Drink it on the young side.
