Grapes are 100% destemmed and cold macerated. After 15 days of fermentation, the wine is aged for one year in barrels, 10% new. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered
It is an elegant wine with a bright ruby color and a delicately fruity aromatic profile with notes of cherry and plum and some light hints of spice and undergrowth. On the palate, it is fresh and lively with fine and well-integrated tannins and a persistent finish. Excellent with rabbit, chicken breast with mushrooms, roast pork ham or chicken liver crostini.
