Domaine Les Grandes Vignes Description
My little tasting notes, my emotions: a Biodynamic Coteaux du Layon of great elegance. Rich, suave and full of finesse. Like all these great sweet Chenins, it is a very digestible wine, without any heaviness which can already be tasted very well in 2022 and which will also benefit from aging for several years in the cellar. For what occasion(s) and with what: a marvel with creamed poultry or a hen with prunes, an olive and candied lemon tagine or even with blue-veined cheeses like Bleu d'Auvergne or Roquefort.
