Domaine de Montvac Description
Fine sand and clay soils. Single plot planted in 1994. Clairette 50%, Roussanne 30%, Bourboulenc 15%, Viognier 5%. The harmony of mixed plantings: by planting varieties together, they are able to harmonize their phenolic maturities, so they are already blended when picked.
