Starting from an idea of a young and cheerful wine, each harvest we choose an item of grapes to make this wine with a mixture of Red Garnacha and Pasera (White). Stored in Classic Demijhon of this region, in the past these were the glass bottles to buy wine from cooperatives or the small farmers. It has this link with the typical old winegrowers wine. The preservation in the demijohn is very good and sulphites is not added in the elaboration.
