57% Chenin Blanc (Steen), 25% Viognier, 18% Roussanne. Pale lemon color, dd complex nose with aromas of citrus, apricot, white peach, apple, hints of honeysuckle, wheat germ-chamomile. Continuing to the palate, additional flavors of lemon-lime, wet stone, and tropical fruit cup. This is a dry but fruity wine, with medium-plus acidity, medium body and medium flavor intensity. It has a slight oily texture with a bit of sur lees-toast like , medium-plus finish.
