It’s a wine that feels alive, its freshness woven with a surprising brightness—a cherry finish that lingers, soft and inviting. While it shares the same roots as Cabernet Sauvignon, there’s an herbaceous note that sets it apart, a whisper of thyme or crushed basil that adds depth to its character. The warmer climates allow the wine to reveal another layer, one of cigar box and weathered leather, as though it had been cradled in the arms of time itself.
