Foxen Description
The wine is aged in 100% French oak, of which a third is new for 17 months. The finished wine is bottled without filtration or fining. Fresh Strawberries, pomegranate syrup, graphite, white pepper, spicy mineral notes bright acidity and grippy tannins.

The 2020 Pinot Noir Bien Nacido Vineyard Block 43 is another bold, racy Pinot from Foxen. Dijon clones (667 and 777) yield a Pinot with tons of structure to playoff its red-fruit leaning. I would cellar this for a few years,m as the tannins are quite imposing at this stage. Hints of white pepperm chalk, mint and crushed rocks lend sabory intensity throught out.
