Frank Cornelissen MunJebel Rosso MC is a red natural wine from Sicily made from Nerello Mascalese organic grapes from old vines, over 70 years old. The grapes are destemmed, gently pressed, the must is fermented spontaneously with native yeasts in epoxy tanks for 60 days where the wine is then aged.
