Frutti Ananas Description
This wine is made within the Collioure appellationbut is intentionally declassified to Vin de France.
Each wine is named after a fruit in either Portuguese, Italian or Catalan. A mirtillo is a blueberry in Italian.
After a two week maceration, the wine is fermented and aged in a single old Italian foudre.
