VINEYARD: Blend of two parcels Les Bodines and La Côte, both located in Arbois.
SOIL: Les Bodines is a limestone-centric parcel whereas La Côte is gray marnes.
VITICULTURE: Naturally farmed; no herbicides or pesticides, works in tandem with nature. All hand-harvested.
VINIFICATION: Whole cluster fermentation followed by pnuematic pressing.
AGING: Aged 12 months on the lees in tank with no added SO2.
PRODUCTION: Very limited
NOTES: Julien Crinquand's Chardonnay is textured and complex with fruit density and drive.
