Julien Crinquand Description
VINEYARD: Poulsard from the single parcel of Verleule. Mix of yound and old vines, with the oldest being 60 years in age.
SOIL: Irridescent marnes
VITICULTURE: Naturally farmed; no herbicides or pesticides, works in tandem with nature. All hand-harvested.
VINIFICATION: Fermented in tank with indigenous yeasts.
AGING: Aged 12 months in tank with no added SO2.
PRODUCTION: Very limited
