Kalathas Description
The indigenous grapes (2 white and one red berry) Aspro Potamisi, Rozaki and Mavro Potamisi, co-fermented together after the whole cluster is crushed, the result is a very bright deep yellow wine with a very pleasant flavor. Sweet fruit notes are complemented by greener hints given by the contact with the stems and a mild tannin that increases the complexity and flavor density of the sip.
An intriguing wine that lends itself to endless pairing solutions: from barbecued pork to fish soups.
Again, a small production of 2,600 bottles.
