Los Chuchaquis Description
Los Chuchaquis is a collaboration between Ryan Stirm, who has his own project under the Stirm label, and Jehan Hakimian, and it is guided by a spirit of experimentation, with unique combinations of grape varietals.
Mago is a blend of 62% Sangiovese, 25% Albarino, 7% Zinfandel, and 6% Cabernet Pfeffer. Light, chillable, and crunchy co-ferment of an eclectic slew of red and white grapes. It has notes of rhubarb and ripe strawberry with well-integrated tannins, finishing with a bit of pepper.
