Los Chuchaquis Description
Los Chuchaquis is a collaboration between Ryan Stirm, who has his own project under the Stirm label, and Jehan Hakimian, and it is guided by a spirit of experimentation, with unique combinations of grape varietals.
Rosa del Peru is a dark Rosado-style wine made from the Mission grape, a.k.a. Listan, which was brought to America by the Spanish for sacramental purposes. Light and crunchy with a bright acidity, evocative earthy undertones.
