Pascal Agrapart Description
This is a single vintage blend of téte de cuvée selections from two parcels located at the bottom of the hillside, planted in pure chalk; Les Champboutons in Avize and Les Bionnes in Cramant. These vineyards have 40+ year old vines and produce the most mineral-driven, laser-like wine of the Agrapart lineup.

The 2017 Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Minéral Grand Cru is gorgeous. It offers a beguiling mix of lemon confit, marzipan, spice and graphite, melding together notable textural richness and vibrancy. This is an especially open-knit edition of the Minéral. That's not a bad thing at all. There's an exotic quality to the 2017 that is perhaps not characteristic but makes this quite enjoyable. The 2017 Extra-Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Minéral has turned out nicely, exhibiting notes of orange zest, Meyer lemon, white flowers and hazelnuts, followed by a medium to full-bodied, satiny and seamless palate that's layered, vinous and elegantly mineral, exhibiting a charming profile that will make this vintage approachable young. Drink: 2023-2035.
