Statera Description
Half of the grapes were whole cluster pressed, then fermented and aged in neutral french barriques for 16 months. Half of the grapes were whole berry fermented under a submerged cap for 24 days, pressed and then aged in neutral french barriques for 16 months. The two wines were blended just prior to bottling.
