Sylvain Bock Description
From young vines grown on limestone soils in the south of Ardèche. This wine is the lighter, fresher younger sibling to Sylvain’s classic Syrah cuvée, Raffut. Medium-bodied with a rich dark-fruit character, this wine sees a lifted finish through subtle spice and light tannins. A quick decant is recommended for this wine to truly unfold.
