Tenuta Corte Giacobbe Description
The Garganega vines, the exclusive grape variety of this vintage, are located east of Soave, on the slopes of two extinct volcanoes, Calvarina and Crocetta. The result is an intense, fruity and mineral wine. A real discovery!
The color is bright lemon yellow, the bouquet is intense, on ripe fruit (white peach, pear), flowers (orange blossom) and minerality. The palate is fruity, tasty and balanced. The finish is reminiscent of bitter almond, a classic aroma of this grape variety.
Ideal as an aperitif, on its own, or with starters of raw, poached or steamed white fish and steamed vegetables (poached cod, young carrots and polenta).
