The Spumante Rosé “Llopit” is an Ancestral Method in fresh and immediate character. Coming from Languedoc, it is produced with uve Macabeu in pure and fermented in bottis senza sboccatura. It has a pinkish color, lightly torrid, and has a fine and persistent perlage. Al naso si apre con sentori di fragolina, pesca, spezie e un delicate accenno salmastro. Altogether, it is absorbed by its energy and tension, accompanied by a lively freshness that makes it extremely light and easy to eat
