TASTING NOTES
Bright garnet in colour with great depth. This wine
is fruit forward yet savoury. It starts with a complex bouquet of wildflowers, clove, sage, wild oregano and thyme with bergamot tea. With time in the glass aromas of sour cherries, mulberry and cinnamon spice emerge. This medium-bodied, juicy Grenache exhibits excellent fruit and spice, it is smooth and textural, supported by mouth-coating tannins.
FOOD PAIRING
This wine was made to be paired with food. Best enjoyed with a white pizza base of béchamel sauce, aged gouda cheese, bacon, mushrooms and truffle oil. Alternatively top the base with potato, sage, rosemary, and rock salt.
