Cantine Pra Description
The Colle Sant'Antonio is obtained only with Garganega grapes, prepared in the vineyard using a special technique where the bunches of grapes cut. The result is a beautifully complex wine with characters of exotic and baked fruits.

This Soave is a solid wine with a lush and rich profile. Aromas of mature apples, as if they've been cut and warmed, waft from the glass, accompanied by notes of honeycomb and preserved lemons. The palate is mouthwatering, with a generous concentration of flavors that showcase the wine's depth. Ripe Golden Delicious apple, lemon marmalade, and a drizzle of acacia honey intertwine seamlessly. The acidity is well balanced, providing a refreshing lift to the wine's opulent character. An exceptional Soave, definitively of the riper and spicier style. Delivering oodles of dried fruit, spiced quince, crystalline ginger, apricot chutney and cardamom. Highly complex, with a thrill ride of mineral-infused length. This is a worthy bottle-aged release. While one could hang on longer, I would suggest the point of optimal drinking is here.
